I’m Katy, a certified coach with a corporate background who knows how important employees are to any business and how important their well-being is.

Coaching is a powerful tool used to help someone make a change or achieve a goal (or even both!). It is done using techniques such as listening, questioning, challenging and reframing, empowering them to uncover the answers for themselves rather than being told what to do.

I offer 1:1 60 minute sessions to be taken at a time that works for your team, either via Zoom or face to face depending on location. Prices start from £500 per day for up to 5 members of staff, 3 month commitment required.
